Has anyone worked with Interactive Intelligence's Recording Server? I am able to "record" a conversation via the client, but it is a blank .wav file (no sound, 1Kbyte file). I have sniffed the spanning port to verify IP phone traffic, but the I3 supplied Windows 2000 packet driver does not show ANY packets being received under the driver status window. I know the NIC is working because reconfiguring it to standard IP works fine. Tried both a 'true' Compaq DL360 and Cisco's version of the same box.
