ICD Converstaion

Hi,

Can anyone tell me where I can find some decent documentation on how to

configure ICD extensions when only using softphones (no IP Phones

Involved). If I use the same line for the Primary and ICD extension, I

end up with Partial services on the JTAPI subsytem, or the "could not

open address message". If I configure 2 different extensions for every

user, one primary and one for ICD, the ICD extension will not ring on

the softphone (However the agent Status change to "In-session"). I have

opened a case with TAC num: C211464. The case is on priority 2 for 3

weeks now, and no one was able to provide me with the correct

information to configure my application.

Create the softphone as a cti port,assign it an extension and associated it to a user with CTI application use enabled. Next make sure that the RM User has the ICD extension of the softphone associated under device association. Next add the user to the resource group.
