ICM team information with supervisors associated with the team.

Our business need to retrieve all the team information with supervisors associated with the team.

In ICM configuration manager there is no option to create a list of Team added and associated supervisors.

We have around 1500+ teams and manually retrieve one by one is not possible.

This team membership information is stored in the Contact Center Enterprise database so a custom report or SQL query is one way to consolidate the information.  We do something similar in CUIC to create team collections so you could look at the Agent Team collection query.
