Icon Menu examples and help

I have been unable to get the <CiscoIPPhoneIconMenu> object to work in any capacity.

Can anyone tell me where I can find operational examples (there are no examples in the IP Phone Services SDK 3.33 - at least, none that a visual and MS Explorer search could find).

Or maybe some lovely person could provide us with a code demo or two? Please, please...

There's no 'Turn on <CiscoIPPhoneIconMenu>' tickbox in CallManager is there?

Found a working example at http://www.ip-phone-services.com/xml/

This differs from the XML Ref contained in Cisco Press's 'Developing Cisco IP Phone Services', but not from the documentation in the IP Phone Services SDK 3.3.3

Essentially, you need to define the icon and include a tag in the . Then refer to that in your , tag as shown below.
