ICS7750 TR.EXE and memory

Have a ICS box running 2.6.2 system software and 3.3(3) CCM. Came back to office on a Monday and the callmanager service was shutdown. Manually restarted it but continued to get errors in App Log including Route Points continually unregistering and COM+ errors stating low virtual memory. I noticed that process TR.EXE had about 280MB of memory and was running at about 20-30% CPU.

After restarting the CCM service, not all phones could log in properly with Extension Mobility. Finally rebooted box and all is back to normal.

TR.EXE is in the ICS directory...does anyone know what this is for and if there is a possible known memory leak for it??
