Hi,
I need to be able to identify the MCS server model that is running CallManager (Windows based) remotely.
If I use the Windows Registry Editor I can find an entry for the model under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > SOFTWARE > Cisco Systems > Model.
This shows the hardware listed as, for example, MCS7835H05.
Is there any way of relating this to the actual server model or part code? e.g. MCS-7835-H2-CCX1?
