Hi,
I have a query on IGX. I have an IGX in US, Australia and India. The setup is like follows:
US-IGX ------------ AU-IGX
|
|
|
|
INDIA-IGX
India has a callcenter with the Lucent Definity PBX. T1/E1 are coming into each IGX. The calls come from the US have to directly come to India but the calls originating from Australia have to come through US to India. Is this possible in a IGX enviornment? Please advice.
Thanks
Kartik

Since there has been no response to your post, it appears to be either too complex or too rare an issue for other forum members to assist you. If you don't get a suitable response to your post, you may wish to review our resources at the online Technical Assistance Center (http://www.cisco.com/tac) or speak with a TAC engineer. You can open a TAC case online at http://www.cisco.com/tac/caseopen
If anyone else in the forum has some advice, please reply to this thread.
Thank you for posting.

Hi,
This is possible. For calls from Australia to India, just set up connections between thos two IGX's using the addcon command. The IGX will automatically route these connections through India and deliver it to the other end.
Thank You
