I'm trying to find DN's that are no longer in use. I assume the best way to tackle this is to get a list of the last time all phones registered. Any ideas, or other thoughts on how to do this?
I would recommend access CAR tool and create a report by date and search for extensions that doesnt appear, extension that havent made or recieve any call in a certain period of time.
Hello, at the call manager administration menu you can go to Route Plan -> Route Plan Report and you will see all the DN's, you can see which of them doesn't have a telephone Associated.
