Innoculate IT incompatibility with CCM 4.0.1

Hi,

I am running 4.0.1 with all the latest patches updated. In our organization, we are using Innoculate IT as the Anti-virus software. But when I install AV in the CCM, the CPU utilization is shooting to 90% and abover frequently. Is there any problem or incompatibility of Innoculate with CCM 4.0.1.

The same anti-virus software was working earlier with CCM 3.2.3 version.

Appreciate if someone can help me on this.

There are only a few Antivirus software that are supported with CCM. You can find the list of third party agents/software that are supported currently by CCM in this link.

Is it that the AV not mentioned in the list should not be installed?
