When using a CRA app such as IP AA, is it possible to forward a call out the PSTN to an external number? ie 9765-8971 rather than an extension 3432.
I tried this in our autoattendant, but it played an error message after about 6 digits or so. So I found the "max digits" setting in the AA script, modified that, but it still does the same thing. Not sure if it's choking on the 9 for outside access or what, but it isn't working.
Is it possible to route a call from a CRA app (such as IP Autoattendant) to a PSTN number? I'd appreciate any advice or suggestions :)
