IP Communicator can not register to CCM

Hi,

We have a user having problem with IP Communicator V1.1 on his desktop to register to CallManager 4.1(3). When IP Communicator started, it did not show his line/ext but just blank screen. Other users' are working properly.

Attached is the trace file. Would anyone let me know where the problem could be?

Did you checked these errors:

It seems that you are using the VPN adapter instead of the physical NIC, please change the network settings of IPC in oredr to use the physical NIC.

Also, reisntall the VPN client and the IPC if possible.

At first, the customer tried to re-install it, but still does not work. And then they totally remove the IPC fold after uninstallation, and reinstall IPC, it works now.
