Ip Communicator issue

hi,

Most our users are experiencing voice quality issue. When a call is made after a couple of minutes the voice quality drops of and sounds like listening to a helicopter in the back ground

Users are using diff headsets,diff internet but most of them have the same issue. The hardphone have no issue.

version 2.0.2.0

CCM 4.1(3)sr3a

Where could I look? logs? errors?

Any idea?

I've the same problem. Did you solve the problem? the only difference that I have, it is that I use the call manager 4.2(3)
