Does IP ICD 3.0 provide CTI interfaces ( like java client API and activeX clients in case of ICM through CTIOS) for agent session management ?
If not, will it be available in the future, or is IPCC the only way to get CTI interface capabilities.

IP ICD 3.0 is much improved and it does handle many Java capabilites. You can use custom classes and other things. That is from the scripting side, I'm not sure what it is you are trying to do with the agent sessions though.

True. ICD is very rich on the scripting side. ICD 3.0 comes with CAD client desktops (like ICM). What i was interested in is whether there is a CTI interface for CAD/ICD using which we can get agent status events or be able to do login/logout/ready/notready through a programmable interface.
This is possible in case of IPCC using ICM CTI server and its java, activex interfaces.
