Hi All,
My network include Cisco IVR, CCM and IPCC Express. I would like to allow the Cisco IVR to pass collected information via the API interface or the database to help with locating calls and traces.
Does the IVR send the input from the caller by the API or DB?
Appreciate any information.

You can use the "Get Call Contact" step in the IVR to grab ANI, DNIS, etc. You can also grab the digits pressed as well and stuff them in a database.
