Does the 7912 support more than two Calls in CallManager 4.1?

Yup. Tested both incoming and outgoing. Works like a charm.
The interface and behaviour of the phone display when there are multiple calls in play however has quite a bit to be desired though. I didn't like it.
You should really test in a lab to see how it might fit in your environment, i.e. phone upgrades are required.

I've got a copy of 4.1.3 running in the lab.
7912 DN configuration screen has similar multiple call/call waiting configuration options as the 7940.
Multiple Call / Call Waiting Settings
Maximum Number of Calls* [ ] (1 - 6)
Busy Trigger* [ ] (<= Max. Calls)
Only difference is a 7940/60 has a max of 196 calls.

And works? Did you tested?
Sometimes IP Phones have configurations for future load release.
Thanks,
