I am trying to resolve a call disconnect problem where the IP phones are displaying a 'temp fail' error message. I have been searching for a precise definition of the error message and what it means, and failing in my search of Cisco CCO. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thank you.

The "Temp Fail" means the remote endpoint has become unregistered from its CCM server.

I am having this same issue when one of my lines is attempting to pick up the Group Call line. It does not happen on regular calls, just when attempting the group pickup. Any advice?
