IP Phones Monitoring

Hi,

I would like to know if there is anyway I could monitor the status & data flow of a particular IP Phone 7960. We are using call manager ver 3.1 and also voice health monitor.

hello.

do you mean the ip-traffic ?

for call-control you can do a trace at the callmanager. just filter out the traffic from/to the phone. ( intstall network-monitor first )

for the whole phone-traffic ( rtp-stream , skinny-messages .. ) you will have to install a hub and a network sniffer at the phone-port.
