Hi,
I have IPCC 3.5 standard installed on the same server as CCM4.1.3 integrated with AD.
I cannot login as an agent using the agent desktop or IP Phone services on the phone.
I get the following error using the agent desktop :
"Unable to connect to directory service. Directory service may be down or you have incorrect directory service settings"
When I press theservice button, and sellect the IPCC login service button I created. I have my agent ID, Pwd, and Ext fields available. But at the buttom of the LCD, I have "Invalid entry(s), retry" When I enter an agents information and submit, all field clear and I still have the "Invalid entry(s), retry" displayed.
From Desktop Administrator, Directory services synchronise successfully, CTI server shows the IP address of my CCM. I can ping the AD by hostname and IP address from CCM and Agent laptop.
Any ideas how to fix this

Can you verify that all the subsystems under
System -> Engine are IN_SERVICE.
Also verify that the agent that you are attempting to log in as has skills or a resource group assigned to it?

I have verified that all subsystems are IN_SERVICE and the agent has been assigned to a resource group. I am running IPCC Express Standard. Thanks

Is it specific to one extension or it is happening on all the Agent Desktops / IP Phones.

all extensions I have setup for IPCC

Make sure the phones are associted with correct user in the Call Manager.
Reset all the CAD services.
Tunr on the agent log to 204 and see what you find.
