IPMA : ImmDivt Key is not work!!!

I have extension no. 6005 as Manager line and 6050 as an assistant line. When I use another ip phone call to 6005 , the assistant phone rings!!(6050). this is the normal operation of the IPMA function. I can use ImDirvT ( Immediate Divert soft key ) to divert incoming call to manager line(6005) as usual. It seem everything work fine. But when I use analog phone call to 6005, which passes the voice gateway to IP voice network. The assistant phone ring but can not use the ImDirvt soft key.

How can i solve this..? Help me and suggest me..

This could happen if the device CSS has IPMA RP partition in it. Try removing the partition assigned to IPMA CTI RP from device CSS or add wild card to IPMA CTI RP extension.

In whichever CSS's you have the IPMA partitions, make sure it's listed before each and every other partition!! Especially the everyone. But make the IPMA first, before every other one.

thank you for your advice, but i already done it before. I still get the same result. Please let me know other issue concerning this isssue
