I have CCM 4.2(1) set-up with IPMA. The IPMA manager is also using Extension Mobility. Everything is working great except sometimes both the manager and assistant phone start resetting. On the manager phone, I can log the manager out of extension mobility and his phone is fine. But the assistants phone continues to restart until I force it to reset.
This only happens when Im working with IPMA.
Does anyone know what is causing this???

Check the tomcat service and reset

The Tomcat service is running when this is happening.This has happened serveral times.

Yea .... some time when We loss the keepalive or the network brooken some services IPMA not reload, I see the tomcat OK and We stop and start, some 2 minutes We chcke again and the services is OK

I would check CCM|SDL|IPMA detailed traces.
Checking the SR1 only found CSCsd98515 which is for IPMA component but nothing to do with IP Phones reset when using IPMA.
