==IpPhones display error messages==

Hello

I uisng CM 3.3.3 conecting 10 branches into them and now of this brach are displaying en two differents equipment:

7940 --> HTTP FILE ERROR

7910 --> BlockQoute

Some body knows how to resolve this issue?

Symptom:

IP phone displays "http file error" over the time. No user activty or external reported before the

problem.

Conditions:

Unknown

CM 4.0(2a)es19

Phone load 7.1(2)

May also affect other versions

Workaround:

Power cycle phone.

Upgrade to latest phone load version

Ocassionally phones the LCD displays "http

file error" messages.

3 scenarions when they get the error,

a) if they are logged in Extension Mobility, and press Direcotries key to access the

directory

b) if they not logged in, but want to log into EM and press the services key

c) not doing any thing, phone is sittign idle (by default their phone will go to some URL

if idle to 6o minutes)

That problems appears on the scenario (a)if they are logged in Extension Mobility, and press Direcotries key to access the directory ) BUT in that branch do not have EM and the others ipphones works well and we use CM 3.3(3)

Its the same problem?
