Is there any way to change a phone load on an IP phone without CCM?

Can anyone answer whether There is another way to change a IP phone load without the use of a CallManager?

We have an environment where Cisco IP phones are being used that require a MGCP load and it is getting to be a pain using the CCM as a tool to upgrade these phones...

sure there is. Use a normal tftp server, and use this URL -

where it references the SIP image, use your MGCP image instead.
