Is there way of notifying another phone in the enterprise when a 911 call is made to PSAP ?

Hi ,

    We have just upgraded our CUCM to version 11.5, a couple of days ago. The customer is asking whether the system has the capability of notify the call center whenever an nd user makes a 911 call?  I think Cisco Emergency responder has that capability.. We will eventually be integrating it with the current CUCM. Thanks and looking forward to your replies.

Built into CUCM there isnt much that way. 

CER (Emergency Responder) does that. 

Quite a few 3rd party ecosystem companies like Red Sky alert on it. 

Many of the CDR Tools do it also..I use OfficeWatch by Metropolis for CDR and 911 alerting is great on it.
