ISDN Numbering plan being sent as unknown

Cisco AS5850 switch type 5ESS,

Voip->PSTN calls go out with the plans set as unknown, and I would like it to be national, I tried doing this in the translation rule but it seems to have no effect.

Any ideas are appreciated.

To convert the Numbering Type and Numbering Plan we have to use a voice translational rule.This feature is however available in 12.2(11)T.So please check which IOS version are you using.

Thanks but that wasn't changing it I found the command needed via searching through tac

it was

isdn map address .......... plan isdn type national

isdn map address 1.......... plan isdn type national

under the serial config for the span
