Hi All,
I Have CUCM 9.1.2 and IM Presence Server 9.1.1.
The Jabber can not dial and register to CUCM. But the Jabber can chat to the other Jabber account.
I check the CUCM Publisher status on IM Presence Server, all status are OK.
What do you think about that?

I have the same issue. Jabber installed on Windows, also all users are cucm active users and they can not search each other.

In order for Jabber to register and call through CUCM, you must create a CSF device for it to register to and then tie that device to the user account through the associated devices.
