Jabber Over MRA Not Getting Phone Service When There is a CUCM Failover

We have two servers in CUCM cluster/CM Group i.e One Subscriber and One Publisher.
MRA Jabber clients gets register to the CUCM subscriber [ Default Behavior].
When we shut the CUCM subscriber to test fail over to CUCM Publisher, MRA Jabber client does not get phone service and in CUCM registration status shows unregistered. But Client gets chat service.

When we bring Subscriber node back to UP, MRA Jabber client gets registered back with subscriber and both phone and chat service and works fine.

Any suggestions are appreciated !!
