When I try to access CDR with any admin account, I get the error message:

CDR is running, DC Directory is running

Try next:

Select Start > Programs > Administrative Tools > Data Sources (Open Database Connectivity [ODBC]).

Click the System Data Source Name (DSN) tab.

Select art data source and click Configure.

Click Next to accept defaults all the way through and click Finish.

Click Test Data Source and make sure you get the TESTS COMPLETED SUCCESSFULLY! message.

Click OK.

All tests completed successfully.

TAC said one reason for failure is that the admin password was changed, and there were some other issues that added to the mess. TAC got it back up but I am not sure the whole fix. Thanks for your help.
