when user enters their Employee ID, phone line suddenly disconnected?
What could be the possible causes & possible solution for this?

Can you be more specfic like what equipment are you using, A dialup PPP network. Then its probably a authenication problem.
You can try debugging the authenication process.

No this is not related with authentication because the same user when tryies 2nd time or some other time it gets connected. its not about any specific caller it happend rendomly with any agent.
I am using CCM 3.2, IVR 2.2, ICM 4.6.2, JTAPI 1.3, MCS 7835.
Sometime line suddenly disconnets during conversation.
