Hi !
I need to create some statistics about login/logout on IP Telephones in a Call Manager 3.2 solution. Is it possible to read date/hour login and logout in
somewhere ? Are these information stored ? How could I read them ?
Thank you very much,
Luca

Yes, this could be possible by configuring a RADIUS Server which will be provided with data by the Call Manager. The date/hour and other details can be stored in the RADIUS Sever or any accounting server.
There are some downloadable softwares(like AuditLogin 3.2,Monnet and others ) available on internet to track the login logout times and similar stuff.
The URL where it is available is:
http://www.netwarefiles.com/monitor.htm
But this is for Netware Servers. Something similar might be available for IP traffic too.

Hi !
Thank you for your answer. I don't understand well all you said. All data
about login and logout are not stored in a database ? I thought that CRA
database stores this information ...
In our situation we have the Extension mobility activated and we need to
do when an user log on a IP phone. Is it possible to trace the information we
need also with Call Manager 3.1 ?
Thank you,
Luca

This can also be done by installing a VoIP billing system. To get more
information on these systems, please refer the following:
