What mac address do you use for the transcoder config in CallManager? I used the one that shows up in a SHOW INT FA0/0 but am having a strange issue. This mac seems to change every so often and the transcoder stops functioning. Any ideas as to what's up with the changing MACs? I thought that it should be constant.

What type of hardware/router? Are you using HSRP or a logical interface? You can try hard-coding the mac-address with the mac-address command.

It's a 3745 that is not running HSRP. Although the fa0/0 interface does have .10 and .20 subinterfaces. When the mac changes, only the last 4 chars of the mac change.
