In a voip migration stage, we connect a matra pabx to the pstn trough a cisco 3725 (with two E1) using QSIG on pabx side and net5 on the pstn.
we saw (debug ISDN q931) all the messages coming back and forth and making the call, we did hear the phone ringing but when you hang up the phone, there is neither a tone nor a sound from the speaker. A deep silence.
Any help will be appreciated.

Your question is not very clear. What sound are you expecting to hear when you hang up the phone? PLease clarify your question.

Thanks a lot for your replies.
Yes, there is an aim-voice-30 installed and the problem was due to the misconfiguration of the
aim clock interfaces. The following commands
solved my problem.
"network-clock-participate wic n"
"network-clock-participate aim x"
"network-clock-select priority E1 s/n" for
the E1 connected to the PSTN.
Everything is working fine now.
