Running Unity 5.0. - Some internal users call other users extensions and leave Voice mails. The VM messages are delivered into Outlook with the "Users Name" and a subject line that reads "Users name and extension number".
Other internal users get identified as Unity Messaging System - <Servername> with a subject line thate reads "Message from <extension number>".
I would like everyone's messages to display the first scenario. I doesn't seem to matter what version of outlook is being used. Individual users delivery scenario is always the same with each call.
Any ideas why this is happening? Any Input is greatly appreciated.

Hi Daniel,
That does seem odd? Can you go through this info and do some more testing to verify that the Call Flow patterns are exactly the same between the different users;
Cisco Unity VMO Message Default Subject Line Appearance

Check out the excellent Training Video for "Customizable subject lines"

Hope this helps!

Once I checked the call flows. Seems the messages with the extnsion only information are viewed as a "call handler" message. Even knowing that I am unable to customize the subject line for "Call Handler" messages but can customize any of the other three message types. Interesting EH!
