Hello,
Any ideas why the message light will not go off after you have cleared all voicemails out. Unity Connection 10.5.2.1. Only way to get rid of light is to reset message waiting indicators. CUCM 10.5.2.

Do you have UM? or are you just using CUC as the message store?

We are using the message store in unity.
