If you want to use fax passthrough, then these are the commands required:
no ccm-manager fax protocol
mgcp modem passthrough voip mode nse
And, if you want to use fax relay, it is turned on by default and can be confirmed from the "sh ccm-manager" command output. Look for the following at the end of the output.
