Has anyone else see issues with MGCP gateways locking up on the D channel and not being able to get the D channel (or layer 2 of the ISDN) to come active until you remove MGCP from the gateway. I've had this in two different installations. Once I remove MGCP the ISDN circuit will come active and I then put MGCP back on and everything is fine.
Are you auto-downloading the config from the CM? If so check to make sure the correct linecode, etc. is set for the gateway in the CCMAdmin. It's probably doing something there to change the PRI config.
