MGCP - PRI registration to CM fails - PID is NULL

We have a 3725 router running 2 ISDN PRI's. Today one of the PRI lost its registration with the CM. A trace on the CM stated that the PID was NULL on the DS1 that lost its registration. Anyone have a clue why that would occur and why the other PRI did not behave the same?
