Hi all,
Currently we have 1 publisher and 1 subscriber. The subscriber is on remote site.
We notice that all conversation under under the subscriber is not written on the CDR.
We already search on the cdr database and there's no such record.
Any idea on this thing? or is it normal that conversation under the subscriber server is not written to the cdr database
Thanks in advance
Adek

Go to the Subscriber where the Cisco CDR Insert service is missing and open up a command prompt and type the following InsertCDR -service and hit enter. Then do a refresh from the Control Center and Start the service.

Hi there,
first you must enable CDR's/CMR's at ALL Servers, second verify the parameters where to store CDR's. (Service and Enterprise Parameters in Cisco CallManager)
