Hi all,
I discovered that the Calling Party Presentation from the Mobility Manager is not working to the other Phones in the Call Group. When debbuging the ISDN Setup I don't see any Calling Party presentation on the outgoing call. Is there a way to have the caller information presented to the rest of the phones in the call group?
Regards
Thomas

Thomas,
We currently have this working and do see the correct caller ID on all phones. One thing to check is that none of your gateways or phones reside in the

Brandon,
I checked all the Phones and Gateways and the Partitions are set correctly. Do you have a H.323 or MGCP Integration of the Gateway? Here is a debug from the Call Setup and there is no Calling Party Presentation in the outgoing call:

Are you modifying Ph mask setting at Route list level. This was a bug with CCM 4.1 and the work around is to go to an engineering special, which you can download from TAC. I will see if i can find that bug ID.

I solved the Problem, the reason was that I used LDAP Sync in CCM 5.0 but added the Outgoing and Shared User for the CTI integration in the Application User Directory. This worked, but the CTI Route Point for the caller party presentation was not really working because it was not proberly associated with the correct user.
Using End Users for the Integration solved in the end the problem.
Thanks and regards
