We recently decided to add MOH back to our network config. I added the user hold audio audio source and kept the Network source silent so it wouldnt affect conference calls. All seemed well. This morning we got calls from a couple of users registered to another CM calling over an ICT were not getting any hold music. This is a product of the network hold source? I didnt see anything in the MOH docs about that. All of our MOH is set at the device pool level and the device pool the ICTs are in have MOH set on them. Is there any way to get the system to recognize that instead of pulling the setting pulled from the phones device pool?
