MOH to external caller via h323 gateway

Can anybody help me ?

I have tried in vain to provide MOH to an external caller through a Cisco router configured as an h323 gateway.

MOH works fine for the IP Phones on the LAN.

check in your device pool, where it says network moh source that that has a moh source selected

Hi,

I think the Problem that you have is the codec.

The Default codec for MOH is G711 u-law. You can change your codec under the Dial-peer or you can select the up to 3 Codecs on the "IP Media Streaming Application".

And check the "Media Termination Required " box on the CallManager Gateway configuration.
