suppose we have a CCM and some ip phones in the same LAN

we have also a PBX and a gateway with FXO

FXO are connected to PBX

in this case is it possible de provide MOH for analog phones connected to pbx (active call is between IP phone & analog phone)?

if yes, is it through CCM or SRST feature in the gateway?

It should work fine, as long as the GW belongs to a MRGL that the MoH server belongs to.

We have CCM and PBX dual intergration with T1 CAS (you have FXO).

CCM and PBX have their own MOH (supposed to be like that).

So for instance,

1. IP Phone (put on hold) <---> Analog Phone

Music is from CCM

2. Analog Phone (put on hold) <---> IP Phone

Music is from PBX

Am I answer your question??

If you dont have MoH in your PBX, want to provide moh for analog, then I have no clue.

Hopefully, someone can ask you questions.

my problem is:

but Analog phone did not receive Music from CCM

note: my config in the gateway is basic.

should i configure some thing special like IGMP,...?
