Moving a customers to a new instance

Hi

We have several customers using the same instance and we would like to move one of our biggest customers over to there own instance. Has anyone ever done this ? If so could you please advise on the procedure ?

Because all ICM configurations and data are stored in SQL database, you might have to sort out all configurations for this customer, and insert them into corresponding tables for new database, surely new instance shall be created on routers and loggers before you do that. This is untested solution, but it shall work.
