Mra Issue after call manager upgrade to 12.5 su3 iphone and 8800 phones do not work off our network

After upgrading call manager  from 12.51  to 12.5.3   Mra no longer works   for 8800 phones or iphone   in jabber   it works on our network but not off  not sure where to start to resolve issue

Did you refresh the CMs in the C(s)? If you did and it still doesn’t work my advice would be to follow these steps.

  • Remove all references of CMs in C(s), make sure to save any needed information to add them back again.
  • After this turn off MRA in the C.
  • Wait for 30 seconds minimum.
  • Turn MRA back on again.
  • Configure the CMs again in C.

This will refresh the authz keys in the MRA system. If it still doesn’t work you’ll need to reach out to TAC to have it looked at.

As @Roger Kallberg mentioned, refresh CUCM On expressway C.. Check your zones if its up.

 

Take logs from both expressway C and E and run it on csa tool.
