We have an employee in location A who also needs an extension in location B.
The employee would like to have inbound calls for the extension in location B to come in on a seperate line. Also, they would like to place calls from that seperate line so the caller id would come across as the location B extension.
Location A extension would still be her primary line with caller id from that location.

As longs two locations are under one call manager cluster, it is do-able. Just give line-1 with number 1111 and with external mask XXX-YYY- So the number would be XXX-YYY-1111 for location A.
Line-2 with number 2222, and external mask AAA-BBB for location B. So the number would be AAA-BBB-2222.
Again, call manager has to have gateways registered to them for this to happen

I tried that and it didn't work. The inbound call for Loc B just rang -- I even tried placing the extension in different partitions.
Loc A is an internal number only -- Loc B is a DID.....not sure if that matters.
When ther person picked up the Loc B line and dialed out it still used Loc A caller id.
