Hi,
We have a CUCM 10.5, configured as local route-group and with Sip Trunk connected to our VGWs. Both Voice Gateways are in the same subnet and same Device Pool. 1 is on our Old Building (so to capture the calls of the numbers that are still on the old building), and the other VGW is residing on our new premise (where the new numbers and transferred numbers from the old bldg are terminated).
The Priority for Outgoing Calls is the VGW from our old building. Would there be a way if the Ports from the OLD BLDG VGW are all Offhook/engaged, the calls will go out of the NEW BLDG VGW?
Route-Patterns and Dial Peers for the OLD and NEW are the same.
Thanks!

Hi,
You will need a Route list assigned on the route pattern , with the Route list having the SIP trunk for old building at the top and the other one below it.
Then you need the "Stop Routing on User Busy Flag" and "Stop Routing on Unallocated Number Flag" service parameters to be set to False.
