MWI issue

CM: 3.3.3es41, Unity: 4.0(3), sometimes MWI comes on when there is no V.M, and sometimes MWI doesn't come on even if there is a message

Try running MWI Synchronization "Synchronize Now" on Unity.

Tool Depot----- Switch Integration Tools ---- Telephone Integration Manager

Click on Cisco CallManager then Properties.

Try to resynch the MWI.Go to unity tools depot and under switch intergration go to unity integration monitor and under properties click on "resynch mwi now".I would say it would be better to setup a regular mwi resych may be for every day during the night time.

Thanks, everybody for the replies, here is what fixed it, another tech was working on some PBX issue and he had configured some extn's for park range and my MWI extn's happened to be inside that range. Excluded the MWI extn's out of the Park range and everything is functiong normally. Once again thank you for replying to my question
