Hello,
When a message for a user arrives, the MWI turns on for the phone, but it only works sometimes. This issue started recently and it's been happening to multiple users. I resync All MWIs on the phone system but it didn't fix the issue. Any thoughts?

What system are you delivering MWI to? Cisco or something else?
What version of Unity Connection?
What type of integration SCCP or SIP?

Cisco 9.1.2.10000-28 and SIP
I reran synchronize MWI on All Phone systems and it works but sometimes when I leave a test message it doesn't always enable the MWI on my phone and others as well. I was thinking creating a task schedule to synchronize every 30 mins or an hour but wouldn't fix my first issue :(
