I would appreciate any comments on integrating a CCM with Active Directory. I heard that some people had a lot of headache with this. Is it better now? Will AD intergration impose any limitations? I have a customer that is also planning Unity in Unified messaging mode. Tell me if AD integration is recommended for this setup? Should I try dissuade customer from integration (they are Cisco IPT bound anyway) or not?
Just did a project with 2 clusters and 2 Unity servers, all AD integrated and it's great. You'll need AD with Unified anyway. The callManager was easy, just follow instructions.
