I have very little experience with the mc3810 product, but a customer has a couple and needs help. I have several questions, and cannot seem to find any strong documentation on the Cisco website.
I need to support 12 channels of g.729 on each box with a t1 interface connected to a channel bank with 12 lines.
1. Is the DVM module alone enough for that, or do i need an HCM or VCM with the DVM?
2. Is there a way to see the full hardware configuration? I am supporting it remotely, and i am not very confident on the customer description of hardware inventory.
3. Anything else i need to know about the hardware to support this?
