Need to add 91 before called number Automatically

Hi Experts,

I have a situations were user miss the call and when they hit the redial it says them your call can't be completed just because the number doesn't have access code 91. Then literally they have to find a pen and paper write down the number and make a call. Now my requirement is either it should add 91 automatically for the 10 digit incoming calling number(not for 4 digit internal calls) or it should add 91 automatically when they redial.

Incoming Call flow is PSTN Caller =======> CUBE =====Dial-Peer(SIPTRUNK) to the Call Manager====> Translation Pattern(changing called number to 4 digit) ===== Phone

Outgoing Call flow.

Phone====>9.1[2-9]XX[2-9]XXXXXX(Route pattern) =======> CUBE======1[2-9]XX[2-9]XXXXXX(send to the service provider).

Gateway(CUBE) CSS ===> CSS--LD

Translation Pattern Partition ===> PT--INTERNAL
Translation Pattern CSS ===> CSS--LD

Route Pattern Partition ===> PT--LD

Internal Phone CSS ===> CSS--LD
 Line Partition ===> PT--INTERNAL
 Line CSS ===> CSS--LD

Any help will be really appreciated!

Thanks,

Muk

There are a couple of options -
1. There is a incoming calling party setting to add prefix on the SIP trunk on CUCM. You can utilize that. It will affect all calls.
2. You can use a TP on CUCM to match specific called patterns and then transform ANI.
3. On the CUBE you can use a SIP profile and/or translations rules to match the ANI changes.

Alternatively you can leverage transformation patterns, checkout the below thread discussing about one way of doing it:
